The higher the exhaust pressure of oil-free air compressor, the more energy it consumes. The sum of the use pressure, pipeline resistance loss and the pressure drop of supporting equipment is set as the lower limit of the rated exhaust pressure of the optional screw air compressor. In general, the diameter of the transmission pipe should be selected larger, so as to reduce the resistance loss and achieve the purpose of reducing energy consumption in long-term operation. The higher the exhaust pressure of oil-free air compressor, the more energy it consumes. Therefore, do not choose an oil-free air compressor with high exhaust pressure.

A. Oil removal purifier can be used to reduce the oil content in the compressed gas. If the treatment index is high, multi-stage treatment can be selected.

B. To reduce the water content in the compressed gas, water removal equipment can be used.

· The user must set the oil-free air compressor to protect the ground wire to ensure that all the metal shell of the oil-free air compressor is in good contact with the earth, and the grounding resistance should meet the national standard.

· If the oil-free air compressor finds serious air leakage, abnormal sound and peculiar smell, it should stop running immediately. It can only run again after finding out the cause and troubleshooting and returning to normal.

· When the oil-free air compressor is shut down due to power failure, in order to prevent the oil-free air compressor from starting with pressure, the power off handle of the pressure switch should be turned on when the compressor is restarted to exhaust the air in the pipeline, and then the oil-free air compressor should be restarted.

· Air oil-free air compressor is oil-free air compressor. The friction parts are self-lubricating, so do not add lubricating oil.

· Air oil-free air compressor must be fixed on a ventilated, stable and firm working surface. In order to reduce noise and vibration, shock absorbers must be installed.

The gas storage tank is a pressure vessel with a design pressure of 1.0MPa, equipped with a safety valve, a pressure gauge and a condensate discharge line. The main function is as a buffer tank for compressed air, play a role in stability and storage, in addition to the collection and exclusion of most of the compressed air into the compressed air source of oil and water condensate. Extend water several times per shift to keep the compressed air dry.

Notes for the operation of the cold and dry machine

Do not place in the sun, rain, wind or relative humidity greater than 85%. Do not place in dusty, corrosive or flammable gas environment. Do not place it in places with vibration and danger of condensation freezing. Not too close to the wall to avoid bad ventilation. Must be used in corrosive gas environment, should choose the copper tube after rust treatment dryer or stainless steel heat exchanger type dryer. It should be used under the ambient temperature of 40℃.

Do not connect the compressed air inlet wrong. In order to facilitate maintenance, to ensure the maintenance space, should be set up bypass pipeline. To prevent the vibration of the air compressor to the dryer. Piping weight should not be directly added to the dryer.
