1.The new compressor must be debugged by the debugging personnel  the company appointed or approved;

2.Before the starting, you should make sure there is no people inner the compressor , check if there is some articles and tools remained and close the door; also, you should inform the crew be careful;

3. During the test run,  check strictly the rotation directing of the compressor. If inversion is found, stop immediately and cut off the power.  Exchange any two lines of the triple-phase line and re-open the compressor, or it will damage the compressor( be careful during the power check of the factory);

4.The air compressor can not work in the discharge pressure that is higher than the one regulated by the nameplate;

5.When the air compressor is in the remote control, the compressor may start in any time and you should hang a sign for caution;

6. When the air compressor break down or there is some unsafe thing exited, don’t open forcibly. At this time you should cut off the power and make a obvious sign.
