一、the fault of the lubrication system:

The reason and the solution:

1.Strike oil needle breaks off.

Change it.

2.The oil level is too high or too low.

Adjust the oil level to the rated range.

3.The oil brand is not correct.

Change the oil according to the specifications.

4.The lubricating oil is too dirty.

Change the clean one.

二、The gas displacement reduces

The reason and the solution:

1.The air valve has a leakage.

Repair or change a new one.

2.The piston ring、wiper ring and cylinder have excessive wear.

Change them.

3. The air filter has a block. The wipe  has a leakage. 

Remove the dust under the strainer and repair the wipe.

4. The rotate speed is lower than the rated rotate speed. Check the line voltage、frequency or change the electrical machinery.
