1.What should be checked regularly during the operation?

（1）The oil level of the oil-gas separator;

（2）Check if the tube is undamaged and if there is the leakage.

（3）All the electric adaptor should be stable and good.

（4）Check the ball valve in the water-gas separator and the condensate’s automatic discharge.

（5）The venting temperature should be in the range of the rated value: 75～95℃.

（6）Check the voltage、electric current、discharge pressure、discharge temperature、oil level and so on.

（7）Shut the sound insulation cover door after the check.

2、What should you attention during the operation?

（1）If there is the abnormal sound or the vibration during the operation, you should stop the air compressor immediately.

（2） The bolt plug and other unnecessary valve should not be loosened  such as the discharge valve because there is the pressure in the pipeline during the operation.

（3）You should often check if the automatic steam trap is normal. Or the moisture will be taken to the system.

（4）The oil-air tank should drain contamination or drain away water once a week. The units cannot be out-of-operation for a long time. The air compressor should operate for 2 hour at least.

（5）Shut all the sound insulation cover door during the operation.
