1.What should you check before the air compressor start?

（1）Make sure the power is in and the indicator light is lit.

（2）Open the oil drain valve on the oil-air tank ,release the condensate water in the bottom and then shut it.

（3）Check and make sure the oil level is up to the minimum level.

（4）Check and make sure the cooling water opens and the water-providing is normal.

（5）Check and make sure the exit and entrance opens.

（6）Check if the bowl could draw off the water.

（7）Check if there is the air leakage 、oil spill or water leakage in the joint parts.

2、The start procedures of the air compressor:

Start the air compressor before all the check is finished and make sure there is no abnormal phenomenon.

（1）Press the “Start”button and the “Start”indicator light is lit after the start.  The units operates.

（2）The units loads automatically and the entrance opens. Then the pointer of the lubricating oil pressure gauge and the exsufflation pressure gauge rise.

（3）Check if the oil level is in the normal range after the loading.

（4）Check if there is the air leakage 、oil spill or water leakage in the joint parts. The crank attempts in 1hour should not be over 3 times at most.

（5）Start the air compressor combined control.
