The intake valve is the important part of the air compressor. It can control the operation of inlet flow automatically during the air compressor’s start、loading and unloading. It’s necessary for the air compressor. Only the intake valve open can the air compressor inhale and compress.

The reasons that the intake valve cannot open are the followings:

a.The moisture in the pilot line is too much;

Suggestion: maintain the pilot line every day.

b. The intake valve have some problem in the work;

Suggestion: check the cylinder、valve sleeve and other parts and change it if necessary.

c．The intake valve has a jam;

Suggestion: check the intake valve 、valve sleeve and axle and change it if necessary.

d. The electromagnetic valve has a fault:;

Suggestion: repair or change it.

e. The shuttle valve’S  wire joint loose;

Suggestion:  repair or change it.
