1.The disassembly of the thermostatic valve:

There is a side cover on the side of the thermostatic valve. And there is a screw hole on the side cover. Find a suitable nut screw into the side cover and take out the jump ring of the side cover by the circlip plier. Then use the tonger to pull the nut and all the parts inner the side cover will be taken out.

2.The cleanout of the the thermostatic valve: You should choose soap-suds、diesel oil 、clean gasoline、nitrocellulose lacquer thinner and so on as the cleaning agent. Certainly,you should choose the cleaning agent mentioned above according to the degree of dirt. The soap-suds or the diesel oil is usually recommended to do the cleaning. If the  thermostatic valve is terribly dirty, change a new kind of the cleaning agent.

3.The assembly of the thermostatic valve: Install it according to the  contrary step of disassembly .

4. After the whole procedure of the cleaning is finished ,you can take aside and get ready to assemble.
