The following precautions should be taken when you use or maintain the one-way valve:

1)During the normal work, the working pressure of the one-way valve is lower than the rated working pressure; the flow of the one-way valve must be in the range of rated flow that the drift diameter permitted and the mass of pressure loss should not produced.

2)There are many kinds of cracking pressures of one-way valve.  The cracking pressure shoule be choosed according to the system functions. The cracking pressure should be as low as possible. The cracking pressure of one-way valve as the the back pressure function is higher ,usually certained by the back pressure value.

3)When you choose the one-way valve, besides the cracking pressure, please pay special attention that the flow during the working matches the rated flow. When the flow passing by the one-way valve is much less than the rated flow, the one-way valve sometimes may produce vibration. The less the flow is ,the higher the cracking pressure is, the more gas there is in the oil, the easilier the vibration is produced.

4)The leakage amount of the one-way valve in the state of lockout is verey small ,even zero. But after using for some time, there is the leakage because of the valve seat and valve element’s abrasion. Plenty of the leakage will result in the one-way valve’s failure. So please maintain it if abrasion.
