Good maintenance is the key guarantee to the unit’s normal operation.

It is a priority for extend the unit’s service life. So the unit’s maintenance regulations should be implemented in real earnest. The follow preparations should be done at least before the maintenance:

1.Cut off the host power supply and  put up the sign near the power switch;

2.Close the stop valve to the air supply system in case of the compressed air flowing back to the part overhauled.Never rely on check valve to isolate the air supply system.

3.Open the manual venting valve，emptying the pressure inside the system,and keep the venting valve   open;

4.As to the water cooling machine, we must turn off the water supply system and release the pressure of the water;

5.Make sure the screw air compressor units has cooled to prevent empyrosis and burns;

6.Wipe the grease marks, water stains to prevent slippery.

Caution:

1.Don’t think that you can embark on the maintenance when the compressor stop. The automatic control system will start the compressor at any time;

2.The ill maintenance has an impact on not only the unit’s normal operation but also the operation staff’s safety.

3. When the compressor works or is with pressure, don’t disassemble the nut、oil filler plug or other parts.

4.The flammable solvents such as gasoline or kerosene can not be used to clean the air filter or other parts.
