1.The oil level is too high

Countermeasure: guarantee the oil level is kept in the reasonable range when the air compressor is working and avoid such kind of failure.

2.The minimum pressure valve has a failure

Countermeasure: observe the pressurization course of the air compressor when it is working normally. If the pressurization is slow or cannot boost to the normal pressure and the oil consumption is high, the minimum pressure valve should be checked and maintained.

3.The oil separator has a failure

Countermeasure: you need first open the oil separator and then check if the oil baffle plate is normal. The separator element can be checked by the pressure difference front and back. And it need changing if problems is found.

4.The oil stop valve has a failure

Countermeasure: observe if there is lubricating oil’s leakage in the suction strainer after every stop. If so, maintain the oil stop valve timely and guarantee it can work normally in case of the lubricating oil’s leakage.
