1.Work environment of the air compressor shoule be clean and dry.

2.The installation of air compressor’s electrical wire must conform to electricity safety standards. If power failure during the work, the power should be cut immediately and re-start when the electricity comes.

3.The air compressor must be start at no-load states. It will operate with load after normal work.

4.You should make sure that the gas pipeline is well connected and is kept unblockedly without tortuosity.

5.The maximum pressure in the air tank cannot surpass the rated value on the data plate and safety valve should be quick and effective.

6.The intake valve 、discharge valve 、bear and other parts should be no abnormal sound or overheated phenomenon.

7. When you use the compressed air to clean the parts, prohibit using the outlet to aim at people or other equipment.
