The air compressor’s temperature will rise at work. Now we list several elements to take preventive measures:

1.The oil air separator element is too dirty. When the element is too dirty, the resistance is too excessive to have an impact on the oil recycle,which will result in the overheating stop.  If so, you should judge according to the differential pressure before and after the loading. When the  differential pressure of both ends is three times of that at the beginning of the operation or the maximum differential pressure reaches 0.1Mpa, the oil air separator element should be cleaned or changed.

2.The bypass-valve beside the temperature controller is in the open place. At this time the temperature will rise and shut gradually. When it is out of control ,it may be always in the open place. The cooling oil will return to the air compressor directly rather than pass the radiator, so the temperature will rise and lead to the stop.

3. The discharge pressure is too high. When the discharge pressure surpass the rated pressure, the air compressor will stop after long-time operation because of the the compressor and diesel’s overloading. If so,you should check first , adjust the pressure valve and the oil door control system of the diesel and clear the breakdown.
