The air compressor’s temperature will rise at work. Now we list several elements to take preventive measures:

1.The environment of the air compressor will have an impact on the heat dissipation. For example, the air compressor is too close to the wall or the obstacle. There are other heat sources near the air compressor; the front door or the side door opens at work. These will result in the fans can not form the blast air and the heat dissipation will be in bad condition.

2.The radiator have a blockage. When there is much dust around the air compressor, the surface of the radiator is sticked with the dust or the greasy dirt and the internal structure is easy to have a blockage because of the oil accumulation, which has an impact on the heat dissipation.

3.The oil filter is too dirty. The resistance oil can not enter the air compressor in the normal flow and the compressor will rise the temperature rapidly. The filter element need be changed when the differential pressure of the oil during the entrance and exit overpass surpasses 0.18Mpa.
