There is a differencial pressure switch on the air cleaner. When the setting value of the differencial pressure switch is achieved or the within fixed time is zero, LCD screen shows the blocking of the air cleaner,which means the air cleaner should be cleaned or changed. The maintenance should be done after the air compressor stops and the following safety measures is done:

（1）Open the end cover.

（2）Loosen the filter element, fix the bolt and then take out the filter element.

（3）Check the filter element’s blocking and use the compressed air clean the soot formation from inside to outside . Pay attention that the pressure of the compressed air cannot overpass 0.3MPa.

（4）The filter element should be changed if the breakage. When you check whether filter element is damage or not ,you can take the electric lamp in the filter element and see outsidde if there is ray of light or not from the inside .

（5）The filter element should be changed if there is greasy dirt on it.

（6）Cover the end cover after cleaning or change.

（7）Check if the differencial pressure switch is normal or not and make sure the preset values doesn’t overpass 50kPa.
