Q:How do you deal with on-fire oil system?

A: If the fire is found in the scope of oil system’s jurisdiction?

1)Sound the fire alarm immediately,report to the monitor ,ask the fire brigade and get the fire location across.

2)Isolate the relevant pipe, take the effective outfire measures and prevent the fire spreading. The operator on duty should put out the fire rapidly and decidedly according to the fire situation and stop the oil pump as occasion requires.

3)If the oil tank catch a fire,take all the measures to put out it on the spot. Close the inlet valve and outlet valve of the oil tank and make the spare oil tank operate.

4)If the oil pump house catch the fire, cut the power when the fire is big and close the outlet valve and the oil return valve of the oil tank . Put out the fire with the fire-fighting equipment on the spot. 

5)The electric machine catch the fire, cut the power immediately and put out the fire carbon tetrachloride fire extinguisher.

2.Why does dehumidification effect of the dryer decrease?

A:1) The environment temperature is too high;

2)The automatic drainage doesn’t work normally.

3)The compressed air of the dryer’s entrance lower 0.15MPa.
