1.Q:Why does the temperature of the air compressor’s secondary vent become high during venting？ 

A:Reason:

1). The lubricating oil is not enough.

2). The cooling water’s tempertature is too high.

3). The tempertature of the environment is too high and the oil cooler clogs.

4).The quality of the lubricating oil is poor.

5). The discharge valve has a failure.

6). The air filter is not clean.

7). The oil filter clogs.

8). The cooling fan has a failure.

2.How to deal with the screw air compressor in the state of long-term stop ?

(1). Stop for over three weeks:

1). Run out of the condensation water in the oil tank、the oil cooler and the aftercooler

2). If there is any failure, deal with it for the use in the future.

(2). Stop for over two months(Besides the above procedures ,you need deal with it as follows）：

1）shut all the doors and valves in case that the moisture enters.

2）. Pack the safety valve and the control panel with the oil paper in case of  getting rusty.

3）. Change the lubricating oil before the stop and work for 30 mimutes. Run out of the condensation water in the oil tank and the cooler after two days.

4）.Run out of all the cooler.
