Q:Principles of the electromotor’s power on/off :

A: 1）When you cut the power,stop the load side first and power supply side after. Check and make sure the electromotor has already stop before cutting the power.

2）When delivery of current, open the power supply side first and then the load side.

3）When you cut the power,open the power switch first and then electric brake; When you delivery of current,close the electric brake first and then the power switch;check and make sure the electromotor is qualified to operate before delivery of current.

4）Wear the insulating gloves when delivery of current and cutting the power.

2、Q:Procedures of the oil pump’s change:

A: 1) Check the spare pump and make sure it is in good condition. Confirm it satisfies the starting conditions.

2)Check and make sure the entrance and exit of the spare pump has started.

3)Check and make sure the oil level of the oil pump is normal.

4)Close the entrance and exit of the spare pump.

5)Start the air vent valve and close it when the oil is seen.

6)Unlock the interlock switch of the spare pump.

7)Start the spare pump and check the electric current、vibration and sound and make sure it is normal.

8)Start the entrance and exit of the spare pump slowly and notice that the pressure of the exit is normal or not.

9)Overall check and make sure it is normal before closing the entrance and exit of the original operating oil pump.

10)Stop the original operating oil pump.

11) Start the entrance and exit of the original operating oil pump.

12）Start the interlock switch according to the operation mode.
