A: You should stop the electromotor immediately if:

a) the personal safety is endangered.

b)the electromotor and the related electrical equipment is on a fire.

c)the related equipment damages and doesn’t work.

d) the electromotor ‘s rotate speed decrease sharply amd the electric current increase or decrease to the zero.

e) the temperature of the electromotor and bearings increase sharply and surpass the permissible value

f) the flood , fire and so on happen which endanger the electromotor’s normal operation.

2.Q:Please describe the phenomena、reasons and solutions of the oil pump’s fault.

A: Phenomena:

1) The oil pressure decrease.

2) The electric current swings sharply.

3)There is the abnormal sound in the oil pum.

4) The temperature of the bump rise.

5) The temperature of the bearings overruns.

Reasons:

1)The overhaul is not qualified.

2)The filter is damaged.

3)The packing is too tight, the coolint water is not fluent or discontinuous and the bearings have problems.

4)The electrical parts have problems.

Solutions:

1)Start the spare pump,keep the oil pressure,close the outlet valve of the  pump with fault, stop the pump with fault,close the inlet valve, and report to the superior.

2) Run out of the water and oil left and contact the maintainer to handle it.
