A: If so, you should check the other instruments’ indicated value are normal or not first. If the others are normal,the reason may be the fault of direct-current power supply or the amperemeter. If the compressor works normally after the spot inspection, this means the amperemeter have problems and you should contact the maintainer to handle it. If the other instruments show air compressor don’t work,you should immediately contact the maintainer to handle it. At the mean time,you should start the spare air compressor to maintain the normal air pressure.

2.Q:How to deal with the oil filter’s clog?

A:Phenomena:

1）The differential pressure in front of and behind the oil filter increase.

2）The oil pressure changes and the oil pump doesm’t work normally.

3）The electric current of the oil filter swings and decrease.

Solutions:

1）Change the oil filter in time ,open the air door of the oil filter,open the inlet valve slowly and shut the air door after the oil running.

2）Use the vapour to rush the oil filter with the fault and put it for spare after rushing through.

3）If the the oil filter is nor clean after the rushing,contact the maintainer to handle it.
