1.Q:When can you stop the air compressor urgently?

A:1)The electric current of the electric machine surpasses the rated value.

2)The electric machine smokes and has a fire.

3)The exhaust pressure in some level increases suddenly over the rated value . The pipe、the air receiver and the paraffin have an serious clash.

4)The tempetature in any part of the air compressor surpasses the permissible value.

5)When the accident happens and threats the safety of equipments and people;

6)The air compressor and the electric motor have an metal friction. Also the machine body have the strong vibration.

7)The belt have severe wear or breakage.

2、How can you guarantee the compressed air’s quality in the normal operation?

1）According to the loading condition，the second-level exhaust pressure should be adjusted between 0.6—0.8MPA and keep the air supply pressure of the unit stable.

2）When the dryer works,the dew point temperature should be kept in the normal range between 0-10℃. If you find the problem, contact the air compressor maintenance man timely to deal with it.

3）If normal work, the oil level of the oil-bath in the air compressor’s body is normal, and there is no oil spill .

4）Run out the water of the system regularly and keep the compressed air waterless.

5）Pay attention to the outlet pressure during the patrol inspection、the pressure in the stabilization tank and the indicated value of the pressure gauge in the air supply pipe. If the differential pressure is over 0.1Mpa,check the dryer timely make sure if the strainer of the import and export has a jam or not.
