Air Compressor’s FAQ(Ⅰ)

1.the change method and notice of oil tank

A:the change method:

①open the water drain valve of the standby oil tank , run the water off and close.

②open the valve of the standby tank furnace and close the one at work.

③open the oil valve of the standby oil tank and close the one at work.

Notice:

①Before the change, you should check the length of Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ unit and change the oil tank after confirming no oil.

②the procedure of the change : open first ,close after. No closing of the operating tanl’s valve before the standby oil tank don’t work.

③the oil tank of Ⅲ unit: you must change the recirculation valve.Also,open first and close after.

2、what condition should the air compressor satisfy before the start?

A:1)the check of the system devise and qualified confirmation;there is no other things around the air compressor and the attachments; the electric and mechanical parts is in good condition;the screw is tight;the wiring of 

electrical machine is good;the connection of coupling is good;the hand-barring is good;the protection cover is undamaged.

2)the oil is qualified;the oil level must be kept in the normal place( not lower than 1/2 oil level).

3)When checking, put the cooling water to run and and adjust the pressure to 0.1～0.3MPa.
