The system of air compressor’s  maintenance:

1.The dirt in the air receiver should be eliminated regularly. You should clean it at least in every 10-hour operation. Open the drain valve in the bottom of the air receiver and let the air compressor clean under the pressure after operating for minutes under the pressure of 0.2Mpa.

2.Check the lubricating oil twice every day and the oil level should keep between the two red lines or red circles on the oil sight-glasses.

3.The air filter should be cleaned monthly.

4.Check the reliability of the safety valve and the degree of triangular belt’s tension.

5.The oil in the crankcase should be changed regularly. It can be changed once every 800-hour operation. You should use air compressor oil ,19# for summer,13# for winter.

6.The intake valve should be disassembled and clean the carbon deposit annually. Also the mainframe should be maintained annually. Check the fit clearance between the main moving parts. If excessive wear,change it.

7.The diaphragm in the air compressor should be put in the place that is dry、air-fresh and drafty.
