1.Make-up of the Thermostatic Valve:

The Thermostatic Valve is made of valve body、paraffin、temperature sensing element、spring and so on.

2.The function of the Thermostatic Valve:

The function of the thermostatic valve is to keep the temperature at certain degree. When the temperature of the oil measured by the temperature sensing element is lower than the operating value(usually 71 degree), the lubricating oil returns to the mainframe from the oil bucket; When the temperature of the oil measured by the temperature sensing element is higher than the operating value, the temperature sensing element will push the paraffin and open the bypass-valve in itself which make the lubricating oil enters into the cooler for cooling(the higher the temperature of temperature sensing element is, the bigger the bypass-valve starts),and the lubricating oil returns to the mainframe after cooling.

3.Clean the the thermostatic valve: You should choose soap-suds、diesel oil 、clean gasoline、nitrocellulose lacquer thinner and so on as the cleaning agent. Certainly,you should choose the cleaning agent mentioned above according to the degree of dirt. The soap-suds or the diesel oil is usually recommended to do the cleaning. If the  thermostatic valve is terribly dirty, change a new kind of the cleaning agent.

4.The assembly of the thermostatic valve: Install it according to the  contrary step of disassembly .
