The minimum pressure valve is made of the valve body、paraffin、adjusting nut、spring、sealing element and so on. It mainly can set up the internal pressure of the unit、accelerate the circulation of the lubricating oil、meet the work pressure of the easing valve and so on. In addition, the minimum pressure also functions as the check valve. It prevents the compressed air in the air tank from regorging to the compressor when the unit unloads. 

The structure of the minimum pressure valve is very simple. You can take out the component after unscrewing the nut between the paraffin and the valve body in the compressor. The minimum pressure valve’s paraffin of the small unit is in the valve body. You can take out the whole component if you open the valve cover.

Because of the simple structure, here is not the clear description of the assembly process is. But what should take your attention is the direction of the U ring if there is a U ring. When the whole cleaning is over,put the minimum pressure valve aside and wait for putting into the compressor.
